摘　　要：刘完素的“玄府”学说是中医藏象理论的重要组成部分,是一项重要的理论创新,但长期以来未受到应有重视。近年来,玄府学说的理论和临床指导价值日益受到学者关注,围绕玄府理论进行的学术探讨和临床应用屡见报道。本文对玄府内涵、因机证治、临床应用进行归纳述评,以期深入剖析其深邃内涵,对临床产生更大的指导意义,为治疗疑难杂症提供了新的治疗方法和思路。Liu Wansu′s Xuanfu theory is an important part of the theory of Viscera Manifestation in traditional Chinese medicine and also an important theoretical innovation,but it has not received due attention for a long time.In recent years,much more attention has been paid to the theoretical and clinical guiding value,and the academic discussions and clinical application of Xuanfu theory are often reported.This paper summarizes and reviews the connotation of Xuanfu,etiology,pathology,syndromes and treatment,and clinical application,in order to deeply analyze its profound connotation,have greater guiding significance for clinical practice,and provide new treatment methods and ideas for the treatment of difficult and miscellaneous diseases.
