摘 要:在高职大规模扩招的背景下,生源结构多样化,生源诉求多元化,构建一套针对不同生源分类施教、因材施教的课程体系是保证毕业生顺利就业的前提和关键。通过对河北软件职业技术学院软件工程系学生开展线上问卷调查分析生源现状,考察、访谈省内外高职院校现有课程体系存在的问题,就进一步完善高职软件类专业课程体系进行了积极探索,构建了一套“1+N”课程体系,确保不同层次的学生学有所获、学有所成,提高人才培养的针对性、适应性和实效性,促进自主泛在个性化学习。With the large-scale enrollment expansion of higher vocational education,the levels of students are becoming more and more diverse.A curriculum system of teaching students according to their ability is the premise and key to ensure the employment of graduates.Carry out an online questionnaire to the students of Software Engineering Department in Hebei Software Institute to analyze the current situation of students.Investigate the problems existing in the curriculum system of higher vocational colleges inside and outside the province,and actively explore how to further improve the software professional curriculum system of higher vocational colleges.A set of"1+N"curriculum system has been constructed to ensure that students at different levels can learn and achieve something.At the same time,by improving the pertinence,adaptability and effectiveness of talent training,and promoting autonomous ubiquitous personalized learning,hope to provide reference for higher vocational software colleges inside and outside the province.
