摘　　要：目的分析盆腔炎性疾病的临床健康管理与实施效果。方法随机选取2020年5月—2021年5月该院妇科工作的医务人员50名展开研究。按照随机信封分组法分为两组,参比组应用常规方式管理,观察组应用临床健康管理。比较不同组别管理效果。结果管理后,观察组医务人员盆腔炎性疾病相关知识了解情况优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员的管理能力强于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科医务人员使用临床健康管理能够丰富医务人员盆腔炎性疾病相关知识,增强医务人员管理能力,提高管理满意度,值得研究使用。Objective To analyze the clinical health management and implementation effect of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Fifty medical staff working in the gynecology department of the hospital were randomly selected from。May 2020 to May 2021 for the study.They were divided into two separate groups according to the random envelope method.The reference group was managed by conventional methods,and the observation group was managed by clinical health management.Compared the management effects of different groups.Results After management,the knowledge about pelvic inflammatory diseases of the medical staff in the observation group was better than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management ability of medical staff in the observation group was stronger than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of gynecological medical staff,the use of clinical health management can enrich medical staff's knowledge of pelvic inflammatory disease,enhance medical staff's management ability,and improve management satisfaction,which is worthy of research and use.
