目标管理在耳鼻咽喉科护理管理中的应用

摘  要:目的探讨分析目标管理在耳鼻咽喉科护理管理中的应用效果。方法该院于2018年起开始在耳鼻咽喉科护理管理中应用目标管理,此前仅应用常规管理,选取该院耳鼻咽喉科科室35名护理人员作为研究对象,将应用目标管理前1年间(2017年1—12月)的578例患者护理情况作为常规组、应用目标管理后1年间(2018年1—12月)的578例患者护理情况作为目标组,评价两组护理工作质量评分,调查两组患者满意度,并对两组进行比较。结果两组护理工作质量评分比较,目标组健康教育评分、基础护理评分、护理文书评分、护理安全评分、危重护理评分、环境护理评分等均明显比常规组高,差异有统计学意义(t=8.352、14.447、10.282、10.018、11.589、16.047,P<0.05)。目标组满意度(95.67%)明显比常规组(79.93%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.152,P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻咽喉科护理管理中应用目标管理能够有效提高护理质量,得到患者更高的满意度,降低医疗纠纷事件发生率和护理投诉事件发生率,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of target management in nursing management of otorhinolaryngology department.Methods Since 2018,the hospital began to apply target management in the nursing management of otolaryngology.Before that,only routine management was used.35 nurses from the otolaryngology department of the hospital were selected as the research objects.The nursing situation of 578 patients in one year before the application of target management(from January to December 2017)was taken as the routine group,and the nursing situation of 578 patients in one year after application of target management(from January to December 2018)was taken as the target group.Evaluated the nursing work quality scores of the two groups,investigated the satisfaction of the patients in the two groups,and compared the two groups.Results The comparison of nursing work quality scores between the two groups showed that the health education score,basic nursing score,nursing document score,nursing safety score,critical care score,and environmental nursing score of the target group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.352,14.447,10.282,10.018,11.589,16.047,P<0.05).The of the target group(95.67%)was significantly higher than the routine group(79.93%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.152,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of objective management in otorhinolaryngology nursing management can effectively improve the quality of nursing,obtain higher patient satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of medical disputes and nursing complaints,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
