摘 要:随着时代的发展,医院管理要素内容也出现了扩充性发展,医院文化被纳入其中且备受重视,尤其是其在医院人力资源管理环节中的影响力和重要性日渐凸显,面对新时代新格局,在引领医院发展,调和医患关系,凝聚职工人心等诸多方面具有重要效用,是医院可持续发展重要推手。该文简要阐述了医院文化要旨,分析了医院文化与人力资源管理的相互关系,阐述了优秀医院文化对人力资源管理的促进作用,指出了当前医院文化建设的不足与困境,提出以人力资源管理六大模块为切入点,通过建设优秀文化促进医院人力资源管理,发挥人才效能,助推医院高质量发展。With the development of the times,the content of hospital management elements has also expanded,and hospital culture has been incorporated into it and has received much attention.In particular,its influence and importance in hospital human resource management are becoming increasingly prominent.Facing the new era and new pattern,it plays an important role in leading the development of the hospital,reconciling the relationship between doctors and patients,and uniting the hearts and minds of employees.It is an important promoter of the sustainable development of the hospital.This article briefly expounds the gist of hospital culture,and analyzes the relationship between hospital culture and human resource management.This paper expounds the promotion effect of excellent hospital culture on human resource management,and points out the current shortage and predicament of hospital culture construction.It is proposed to take the six major modules of human resource management as the starting point.Through the construction of excellent culture,we can promote the management of human resources in the hospital,give full play to the effectiveness of talents,and promote the high-quality development of the hospital.
