摘  要:专业知识素养和能力的提升,有赖于人才培养转换路径的选择。大学生创新创业训练计划项目,为专业知识能力的转换提供了良好的平台。基于此,立足大学生创新创业训练计划项目宗旨,着眼高等教育创新人才培养目标,构建由教师主讲向学生参与转化、教师指导向学生主持的角色转化、学科知识向专业技能转化、专业理论向市场应用转化的创新人才多元训练模式,进而探索高等教育实施以学生为中心的项目训练计划、产业导向需求调研、参与教师科研活动等为手段的大学生实践类项目的训练路径。The improvement of professional knowledge literacy and ability depends on the choice of talent training conversion path.The innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students provides a good platform for the transformation of professional knowledge and ability.Based on this,based on the purpose of the innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students,and focusing on the training goals of innovative talents in higher education,the transformation from teachers'lectures to students'participation,teachers'guidance to students'roles,the transformation of subject knowledge to professional skills,and the application of professional theories to the market are constructed.Transform the innovative talent multi-training model,and then explore the training path of college students'practical projects by means of student-centered project training plans,industry-oriented demand research,and participation in teachers'scientific research activities in higher education.
