摘 要:为使电机系统具有更高的可靠性、较强的容错能力,本文提出一种新型轴向磁通电励磁双凸极电机驱动系统。所提电机不仅具有开关磁阻电机结构坚固、可靠度高的特点,而且还解决了传统电励磁双凸极电机(Doubly Salient Electro-magnetic Motor, DSEM)各相励磁磁路不一致问题。利用可控的励磁磁场补偿电枢磁场以达到容错控制及抑制转矩脉动的目的,并建立非线性数学模型,对新型DSEM驱动系统在三相三状态运行、单相开路、容错控制及加入励磁电流角度控制这四种不同工作状态下的转矩特性进行分析研究。本文的仿真和样机实验结果表明,容错控制策略可以有效降低单相开路故障对电机运行产生的影响,由此验证了新型DSEM拓扑结构的可行性。The novel driving system of electro-magnetic doubly salient motor with axial flux is presented in this paper in order to make the motor system have higher reliability and stronger fault tolerance. The proposed motor not only has the characteristics of sturdy construction and high reliability of switched reluctance motor, but also solves the problem of the asymmetry of the excitation magnetic circuits among phases of the conventional doubly salient electro-magnetic motor(DSEM). The controlled excitation field is used to compensate armature field for fault-tolerant control and torque ripple suppression. And a non-linear mathematical model is established to analyze the performance of the novel DSEM drive system in four different working states which including three-phase three-state operation, single phase open circuit fault state, fault-tolerant control state and excitation current angle control state. Both simulation and prototype experimental results in this paper show that the proposed fault-tolerant control strategy can effectively reduce the influence of single-phase open circuit fault on the motor operation, and the feasibility of novel DSEM topology is verified.
