摘  要:随着特高压直流输电工程的大规模应用,新型调相机被更多地应用到了电力系统中。然而,大型调相机作为大型转动设备,容易在运行期间出现振动不稳定、振动超标现象,导致调相机跳机,在极端情况下威胁特高压电网安全。本文在调研、收集在运调相机振动问题数据的基础上,针对在运调相机在运行中产生的振动,首先通过对于整套设备的全系统建模,分析了振动可能产生的原因,而后基于已知给出了改善振动问题的措施,并且采用改进型多层感知器神经网络算法确定了小轴把合直径和小轴抬高量的最优值组合,以确保调相机旋转部件自振频率与基础自振频率避开。最后,本文对采用改进方法优化后的在运设备的运行数据进行了分析,振动问题在很大程度上得到了减轻,验证了本文所提振动改善方法的有效性。With the large-scale application of UHVDC transmission project, the new type of synchronous condenser is more and more applied to the power system. However, as a large rotating equipment, large-scale synchronous condenser is prone to vibration instability and excessive vibration during operation, which leads to the tripping of synchronous condenser and threatens the safety of UHV power grid in extreme cases. Based on the investigation and collection of the vibration problem data of the in-service synchronous condenser, aiming at the vibration generated in the operation, this paper first analyzes the possible causes of the vibration through the whole system modeling of the whole set of equipment, and then gives the measures to optimize the vibration based on the known. The improved multilayer perceptron neural network algorithm is used to determine the optimal combination of small shaft coupling diameter and small shaft lifting, so as to ensure that the natural vibration frequency of rotating parts is avoided from the natural vibration frequency of foundation. Finally, the operation data of the in-service equipment optimized by improved method is analyzed, and the vibration problem has been reduced significantly, which verifies the effectiveness of the vibration improvement method proposed in this paper.
