摘 要:采用投加PBG悬浮载体MBBR反应器,研究了PBG-MBBR系统处理模拟生活污水启动过程中生物膜形成、组成及活性变化特征。研究结果表明,微生物优先在PBG载体内部附着,由内向外生长繁殖,历时16d后该系统COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N去除率分别达到89.95%和93.29%,膜量达到11060.07 mg·L^(-1),同时系统NO_(3)^(-)-N和NO_(2)^(-)-N出水浓度为0.23 mg·L^(-1)、0.02 mg·L^(-1),SND率达到99.14%,系统启动完成;生物膜形成初期分泌大量以PS为主的EPS(371.20 mg·g^(-1)),其中S-EPS层含量最高(229.71 mg·g^(-1)),EPS总量在16d后降至53.06 mg·g^(-1),形成以PN为主,TB-EPS层含量最高为特征的成熟生物膜;在第6天膜量达到7196.88 mg·L^(-1)前,DHA和SOUR随着膜量增加而增大;当膜量超过该值时,DHA和SOUR随着膜量的升高而降低,这表明,该系统适宜有效生物膜量在7000 mg·L^(-1)左右;镜检和高通量测序结果表明,微生物相由游离虫向钟虫和轮虫逐渐演变;Alpha微生物多样性较强,变形菌门和拟杆菌门为优势菌门,占比分别在35%、20%以上。The MBBR reactor with PBG suspended carrier was used to study the biofilm formation,composition and activity characteristics of the PBG-MBBR system during the start-up process of the simulated domestic sewage treatment.The research results showed that,Microorganisms attach to the PBG carrier preferentially and grow and reproduce from the inside out.After 16 days,the removal rates of COD and NH_(4)^(+)-N reached 89.95%and 93.29%,respectively,the membrane volume reached 11060.07 mg·L^(-1).Meanwhile,the effluent concentrations of NO_(3)^(-)-N and NO_(2)^(-)-N in the system were 0.23 mg·L^(-1) and 0.02 mg·L^(-1),and the SND rate reached 99.14%,and the system startup completed;At the initial stage of biofilm formation,a large amount of EPS(371.20 mg·g^(-1))was secreted mainly in PS,and the content of S-EPS layer was the highest(229.71 mg·g^(-1)).After 16 days,the total amount of EPS decreased to 53.06 mg·g^(-1),forming a mature biofilm characterized by PN and the highest content of TB-EPS layer;On the 6th day,DHA and SOUR increased with the increase of the membrane amount before the membrane amount reached 7196.88 mg·L^(-1).When the amount of membrane was above this value,DHA and SOUR decreased with the increase of the amount of membrane,which indicated that the effective amount of biofilm in this system was about 7000 mg·L^(-1).The results of inspection and high-throughput sequencing showed that the microbial phase gradually evolved from free worms to helminths and rotifers;Alpha microbial diversity is strong.Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes were the dominant phyla,accounting for more than 35%and 20%,respectively.
