摘  要:为了解决水平模拟井中双向牵引收放测井仪器的问题,设计了一套基于伺服电机控制的双向牵引绞车控制系统。将测井仪器置于水平模拟井中,仪器两端分别采用铠装七芯电缆线和钢丝绳连接,并通过伺服电机驱动的牵引绞车拉拽。利用实验室虚拟仪器工程平台(LabVIEW)编写人机控制界面,利用可编程逻辑控制器采集伺服电机脉冲信号,并控制伺服电机的实时速度与方向,从而构建由伺服电机速度模式和转矩模式协调工作的运动控制系统。经验证,设计的双向牵引绞车控制系统能够顺利牵引测井仪器在水平井中运动,满足测井仪器在待测区精确定位测量的需求。In order to solve the problem of bidirectional traction retractable logging tools in horizontal simulated wells,a control system of bidirectional traction winch based on servo motor control is designed.The logging tool is placed in the horizontal simulation well.Both ends of the logging tool are connected with armored seven core cable and steel wire rope respectively,and they are pulled by the traction winch driven by the servo motor.The man-machine control interface is developed by LabVIEW(Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench).The pulse signal of servo motor is collected and the real-time speed and direction of servo motor are controlled by the programmable logic controller,so as to build a motion control system coordinated by servo motor speed mode and torque mode.The practice shows that the bidirectional traction winch control system can smoothly pull the logging tool to move in the horizontal well,and meet the needs of accurate positioning and measurement of the logging tool in the area to be measured.
