摘　　要：通过对已有相关文献梳理总结高校辅导员法律素质研究的现状、问题并对未来走向进行思考。采用文献整理研究方法系统梳理发现,伴随着法治中国的推进,高校辅导员的法律素质引起较多关注,一些学者对高校辅导员法律素质的内涵和外延、重要性、存在问题、提升路径与方法等进行了探讨。但已有研究中存在概念不够清晰、内容不够全面、研究不够系统、研究方法较为单一等问题。当前要不断加强高校辅导员法律素质提升的研究,将理论研究和实证研究有机结合,增强研究成果的科学性和可推广性,不断提升研究的系统性和实效性。This study aims to summarize the current situation and problems of the research on the legal quality of college counselors by combing the existing relevant literature, and to think about its future direction. The study shows that with the advancement of the rule of law in China, the legal quality of college counselors has attracted much attention. Some scholars have discussed the issues including the connotation and extension of the legal quality of college counselors, its significance, existing problems, and methods and approaches to solve these problems. However, some problems can be spotted in the existing research in the aspects of unclear concepts, incomprehensive contents, unsystematic research methods, etc. At present, it is necessary to continuously strengthen the research on the promotion of legal quality of college counselors, organically combine theoretical research and empirical research, and make the research more scientific, applicable, systematic and effective.
