摘　　要：教学质量是高校的生命线,教学评价是加强教学管理和不断提高教学质量的重要手段。在信息技术日新月异和新冠疫情防控常态化的今天,研发一个便携智能、高效实用的在线课堂教学质量评价系统成为迫切需求。采用微信小程序搭建系统移动端,基于云开发+Python Flask搭建后台管理端,实现从课表查询到教学评价再到结果反馈的完整数据链在线评教系统。该系统目前已在海南医学院投入使用,运行稳定,可满足多场景评课需求,提高了质控管理的工作效率,推动了教学质量的发展。Teaching quality is the lifeline of colleges and universities.Therefore teaching evaluation is an important means to strengthen teach⁃ing management and constantly improve teaching quality.With the rapid change of information technology and the normalization of COVID-19 prevention and control,it has become an urgent need to develop an online teaching quality evaluation system that is portable and intelligent,practical and improves work efficiency.The system builds personal mobile device based on WeChat mini program and builds the content man⁃age system based on"Cloud Base+Python Flask".The system realizes the online teaching evaluation system with complete data chain from curriculum schedule query to teaching evaluation,and then to feedback.The system has been put into use in Hainan Medical University,run⁃ning stably,meeting the needs of multi-scene class evaluation,improving the efficiency of quality control management,and promoting the de⁃velopment of teaching quality.
