摘　　要：目的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发期间,华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院承担了大量重症患者的救治工作。在人力、物资短缺的情况下,在短时间内完成了院区信息化基础设施改造。方法按照传染病病房建设的要求,以降低工作人员感染及防护物资使用为目标,通过远程技术等方式,实现医务人员、患者的沟通和安全监控。结果通过该方式迅速完成了院区改造。结论本文提供了在资源短缺情况下,快速进行医院信息化基础设施改造的方法,其他医院进行发热病房改造时可借鉴参考。Objective During the outbreak of the COVID-19,Tongji Hospital undertook the treatment of a large number of critically ill patients.In the case of shortage of work force and materials,it is necessary to reconstruct the informatization infrastructure in an effective way.Methods In accordance with the construction requirements for infectious disease wards,with the goal of reducing staff infection and the use of protective materials,communication and safety monitoring of medical staff and patients are realized through remote technology.Result In this way,the reconstruction of the hospital was quickly completed.Conclusion This paper provides a method to quickly reconstruct the hospital's information infrastructure in the case of resource shortage,and provides a reference for other hospitals to carry out the reconstruction of fever wards.
