摘  要:目的运用医学摄影手段采集临床患者各诊疗阶段照片,实现图片文件快速分类、分级整理。方法优化图片文件分隔标识;设计整理流程,在Python3编程语言环境下,结合光学字符识别技术(OCR)进行文件整理软件的开发。结果实现了将图片文件按照疾病类别、患者基础信息及各诊疗阶段3个层级的快速整理。结论分隔标识卡和文件整理软件的配合使用,能大幅提升图片文件整理的工作效率,适用于临床多个学科,有助于完善电子病历档案和各类临床病例数据库图片资源的扩展建设。Objective This paper aims to achieve rapid classification and grading of patient image files depicting each stage of diagnosis and treatment using a medical photography method.Methods A separate identification sign tool of image files was optimized,the sorting process was purposely designed,and under the Python3 programming language environment,the open-source optical character recognition technology(OCR)was adopted to develop image file management software.Result The image files could be swiftly sorted according to the three defined levels of disease category,basic patient information,and various stages of both diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion The combined use of separate identification cards and file management software could greatly improve the work efficiency of image file management.This tool is suitable for multiple clinical disciplines and has facilitating the improvement of electronic medical record files as well as the expansion of image resources in various clinical case databases.
