摘　　要：目的探索基于智能引擎的甲状腺癌患者术后随访系统的建设。方法在医院混合云上搭建智能随访系统,与院内业务系统进行数据集成,利用人工智能技术,通过患者移动设备实现数据驱动的个性化随访管理。结果智能随访系统为医生和患者提供了更加便捷的随访管理服务,具有自动入组、提醒推送、评估反馈、健康档案等功能。相较于传统的随访方式,随访工作更多由系统自动触发、调度,随访效率显著提高。结论智能随访系统将随访服务延伸至院外,有效提高了患者随访服务连续性,优化了医院随访管理模式,并实现患者数据的全程管理,促进医院智慧化服务建设。Objective To Explore the construction of a postoperative follow-up system for thyroid cancer patients based on intelligent engine.Methods On the basis of the original hospital hybrid cloud,we built an intelligent follow-up system and integrate the data with hospital business systems.Using artificial intelligence technologies,data-driven personalized follow-up management is realized through patients'mobile devices.Result The intelligent follow-up system provides doctors and patients with more convenient follow-up management services,such as automatic enrollment,reminder push,evaluation feedback,health records and other functions.Compared with the traditional follow-up method,follow-up work is more automatically triggered and scheduled by the system,which significantly improves the follow-up efficiency.Conclusion The intelligent follow-up system extends the follow-up service to the outside of the hospital,effectively improves the continuity of patient follow-up service,optimizes the mode of hospital followup management,and realizes the whole-process management of patient data,and greatly promotes the construction of intelligent hospital services.
