市域心脑血管类急救病例空间分析与急救站压力评估

摘  要:目的通过分析武汉市心脑血管类急救病例的空间分布模式,对该市各急救站点的急救压力进行评估,以科学指导站点资源的优化配置。方法利用地理信息技术的地址编码对急救数据进行空间化处理,利用核密度插值绘制急救病例的空间热力图,利用泰森多边形评估站点的急救压力。结果江岸区、江汉区、硚口区、青山区、洪山区等5个区的急救站点与急救热点区域匹配较好。汉阳区东南部,以及武昌区的张之洞站和首义站,与急救热点区域匹配欠佳。洪山区的急救站点密度过低。急救站点压力最大的是汉阳站和常青花园站。结论武汉市中心城区的急救站点资源配置较科学合理,基本能满足心脑血管类患者急救的需要。此外,洪山区应增加急救站,汉阳区和武昌区的站点布局需要优化。Objective By analyzing the spatial distribution pattern of cardio-cerebral vascular first aid data in Wuhan,the first aid pressure of each first aid station in the city was evaluated,so as to scientifically guide the rational and optimal allocation of first aid resources.Methods The geo-coding technology was used to spatialize the first-aid data,the kernel density interpolation method was used to draw the spatial thermal map of first-aid cases,and the Thiessen polygon was used to evaluate the pressure of the first-aid stations.Result The setting of first aid stations in Jiangan,Jianghan,Qiaokou,Qingshan and Hongshan districts matches well with the hot areas of first aid cases.The southeast of Hanyang District,as well as ZhangZhidong station and Shouyi station in Wuchang District,do not match well with the hot areas of first aid cases.The density of first-aid stations in Hongshan District was too low.Hanyang station and Changqing Garden Station are the most stressed first-aid stations.Conclusion The resource allocation of first aid stations in the central urban area of Wuhan is more scientific and reasonable,which can meet the first aid needs of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.In addition,first aid stations should be added in Hongshan District.The layout of stations in Hanyang and Wuchang districts needs to be further optimized.
