摘 要:牙根吸收是正畸治疗中常见并发症之一,其高发性已引起正畸医师的关注。双膦酸盐一类骨吸收抑制剂,能调节体内钙代谢。近年来,有研究证实双膦酸盐能有效缓解正畸导致的牙根吸收。本文就双膦酸盐的生物学性状和应用,以及对牙根吸收和修复相关细胞的影响进行综述。Root resorption is a common complication in orthodontic treatment,and its high incidence has attracted the attention of orthodontists.Bisphosphonates which is a bone resorption inhibitor,can regulate calcium metabolism in vivo.In recent years,studies have confirmed that bisphosphonates can effectively alleviate the root resorption caused by orthodontics.This article reviews the biological characteristics and application of bisphosphonates,as well as their effects on cells related to root resorption and repair.
