摘　　要：伴随高校毕业生人数的不断攀升,就业难问题也日渐突出,提升大学生初次就业率迫在眉睫。本文在界定初次就业率概念的基础上,利用劳动力供需模型充分说明了大学生就业的严峻形势,分析了大学生初次就业难的深层原因,并从政策、企业、高校、个人等方面,全方位探讨了大学生初次就业率提升的路径。With the increasing number of college graduates,the problem of employment is gradually outstand⁃ing.The urgent need to enhancing the initial employment rate of college students.This paper defines the con⁃cept of the initial employment rate,explains the severe situation of college students’employment by the la⁃bor supply and demand model,analyzes the root reasons for the difficulty of college students’initial em⁃ployment,and comprehensively discusses the path to improve college students’initial employment rate from the aspects of policies,enterprises,colleges and individuals.
