摘　　要：目的:探讨左乙拉西坦联合丙戊酸注射液治疗癫痫患者对脑电波及血清S-100β、神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)的影响。方法:抽取癫痫患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组给予丙戊酸注射液治疗,观察组给予左乙拉西坦联合丙戊酸注射液治疗。比较两组治疗前后脑电波变化情况及血清S-100β、GFAP水平,比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后观察组脑电波变化情况显著优于对照组,观察组血清S-100β、GFAP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:左乙拉西坦联合丙戊酸注射液治疗癫痫患者有助于稳定脑电波频率,降低血清S-100β、GFAP水平。Objective:To investigate the effects of levetiracetam combined with valproic acid injection on electroencephalogram(EEG),serum S-100 and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)in patients with epilepsy.Methods:60 patients with epilepsy were randomized into the control group and observation group,each with 30 cases.The control group were treated with valproic acid injection,while the observation group were treated with levetiracetam combined with valproic acid injection.Then,the change of EEG,levels of serum S-100 and GFAP,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the change of EEG of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group;levels of serum S-100 and GFAP in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levetiracetam combined with valproic acid injection is helpful to stabilize the EEG frequency and reduce levels of serum S-100 and GFAP in patients with epilepsy.
