摘　　要：中俄两国肉和肉制品贸易取得的成果很大程度上取决于中俄两国在肉类产品市场相互准入的合作。本文对俄罗斯肉和肉制品涉及的标准进行梳理,对食品认证工作进行介绍,有助于进出口企业了解俄罗斯食品市场准入政策,推动食品产品顺利实现进出口。The results achieved in the trade of meat and meat products between China and Russia largely depend on the cooperation between China and Russia in the mutual access to the meat product market.This article analyzes the Russian standards related to meat and meat products,and introduces the food certification work,which will help import and export companies understand the Russian food market access policy and promote the smooth import and export of food products.
