摘  要:目的探讨血清碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、微小RNA-210(miR-210)与脑微出血(CMBs)的关系。方法纳入2018-12—2021-06包头医学院第一附属医院神经内科335例行MRI-SWI检查的非急性脑血管病住院患者。按照CMBs的影像诊断标准分为CMBs组176例和非CMBs组159例。记录各组患者临床资料及实验室数据,应用ELISA法测定各组静脉血bFGF浓度,实时荧光定量PCR法检测miR-210相对表达量,分析两种因子与CMBs是否具有相关性。结果2组血管新生因子比较,CMBs组bFGF(59.27 vs 43.52)、miR-210(3.22 vs 1.00)水平均高于非CMBs组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,调整高血压等危险因素影响后,bFGF(OR=1.313,95%CI:1.208~1.427)和miR-210(OR=2.110,95%CI:1.555~2.862)是CMBs发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。ROC曲线显示,bFGF、miR-210预测CMBs的AUC分别为0.937(0.910,0.965)、0.873(0.833,0.913),对CMBs有较高预测价值。结论bFGF、miR-210与CMBs相关,bFGF、miR-210水平升高将增加CMBs发生风险。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),microRNA-210(miR-210)and cerebral microbleeds(CMBs).Methods From December 2018 to June 2021,335 inpatients with non-acute cerebrovascular diseases who underwent MRI-SWI examination were enrolled in the department of neurology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College.According to the imaging diagnostic criteria of CMBs,they were divided into CMBs group(176 cases)and non-CMBs group(159 cases).The clinical data and laboratory data of each group were recorded,the bFGF concentration in venous blood of each group was measured by ELISA,and the relative expression of miR-210 was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR,and the correlation between these two factors and CMBs was analyzed.Results Comparison of angiogenic factors between the two groups,bFGF(59.27 vs 43.52)and miR-210(3.22 vs 1.00)in CMBs group were both higher than non-CMBS group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that after adjusting the influence of risk factors such as hypertension,bFGF(OR=1.313,95%CI:1.208-1.427)and miR-210(OR=2.110,95%CI:1.555-2.862)were independent risk factors for CMBs(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that bFGF and miR-210 predicted the AUC of CMBs were 0.937(0.910,0.965)and 0.873(0.833,0.913),which had high predictive value for CMBs.Conclusion The levels of bFGF and miR-210 are associated with CMBs,and the increased level of bFGF and miR-210 will increase the risk of CMBs.
