摘　　要：神经系统疾病主要是指中枢神经系统和周围神经系统的病变所引起的一些疾病。RNF4是新近发现的一种SUMO(small ubiquitin-like modifier)靶向的泛素连接酶(SUMO-targeted ubiquitin ligases,STUbL),不仅参与蛋白质降解,还在其他多种细胞信号途径中发挥重要作用。研究显示,RNF4可通过泛素蛋白酶体途径参与多种病理生理过程,包括神经系统疾病、免疫系统疾病以及肿瘤等。本文就RNF4在神经系统疾病中的作用作一综述,旨在提供RNF4在神经系统疾病中的最新进展。Nervous system diseases mainly refer to some diseases caused by lesions of central nervous system and peripheral nervous system.RNF4 is a newly discovered SUMO-targeted Ubiquitin ligase(STUbL),which is not only involved in protein degradation,but also plays an important role in a variety of other cellular signaling pathways.Studies have shown that RNF4 is involved in a variety of pathophysiological processes through the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway,including nervous system diseases,immune system diseases and tumors.This article reviews the role of RNF4 in nervous system diseases,aiming to provide the latest progress of RNF4 in nervous system diseases.
