摘　　要：目的:探讨用网络技术对见习进行链式管理的效果。方法:对2017年至2019年216位学生和10位带教老师进行链式管理;2014年至2016年212位学生和11位带教老师作为对照。结果:采用链式管理后,缺勤率下降;见习、小讲课和教学查房迟到减少;课前预习增多;作业按时完成率提高;带教老师小讲课和教学查房分数提高,教师完成批改作业按时率上升,完成评价学生时间缩短。结论:采用链式管理可以强化师生的纪律性。Objective:To investigate the effect of chain management in medical clinical shadowing.Methods:To perform chain management in 216 grade 4 students and 10 teachers between the year of 2017 and 2019 and select 212 students and 11 teachers between the year of 2014 and 2016 as control.Results:After chain management,the percentage of absence and arriving late decreased;the percentage of preview and finishing homework on time increased.The scores in the small lectures and the teaching rounds increased.The percentage of timely correcting the students'homework increased and the time of assessing the students shortened.Conclusion:chain management in medical clinical can intensify discipline.
