摘　　要：总结临床医学考试命题现状,并对目前常用选择题的题型与试题参数进行梳理,特别是A2型题目的命题技巧和方法进行分析。对医学命题常见问题进行归纳总结,并针对选项问题及题干表述不当两个方面进行剖析。分享A2型题目命题规范与技巧,帮助临床带教老师掌握医学考试命题的基本方法和要求。Summarize the current status of clinical medical examination questions,and sort out the question types and test parameters of the currently commonly used multiple-choice questions,especially the proposition skills and methods of A2-type questions.Summarize the common problems of medical propositions,and analyze the two aspects of the choice problem and the improper expression of the question stem.Share the proposition specifications and skills of A2-type questions,and help clinical teachers to master the basic methods and requirements of medical examination propositions.
