生命叙事教育法在精神科护理学课程生命教育中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨生命叙事教育法在护生生命教育中的应用。方法:采用生命叙事教育法对护生进行生命教育,评价生命价值观和共情能力改善情况。结果:干预后,护生生命价值观显著提升,特别是在幻想逃避和消极宿命方面(P<0.05);共情能力未见明显提升(P>0.05)。结论:采用生命叙事教育法对护生进行生命教育,可有效提升护生生命价值观。Objective:To explore the effect of life narrative education on the life value education in nursing students.Methods:The method of life narrative education was used to educate nursing students on life values and evaluate the improvement of students'life values and empathic ability.Results:After intervention,the life values of nursing students were significantly improved,especially in the aspects of fantasy escape and negative fatalism(P<0.05).The empathy ability was not improved significantly(P>0.05).Conclusion:The life narrative education method can effectively promote the life values of nursing students.
