摘　　要：交叉学科相较于传统学科研究生教育,对学生创新能力、跨学科交流能力、学科视野等有较高要求,且要求招收对象的本科学科背景有较广覆盖面,因而生源遴选环节应以生源需求为导向加以改善。本文以同济大学城市交通交叉学科近三年申请资料为分析素材,基于报考学生问卷调查数据及学科导师访谈,从学生与导师视角解析交叉学科生源遴选需求。通过定量分析,测试不同申请材料对初审环节生源遴选结果的影响,提出优质生源遴选的初审方法。Compared with graduate education in traditional disciplines,interdisciplinary subjects have higher requirements for students’ innovation ability,interdisciplinary communication skills,and professional horizon.Interdisciplinary also require the enrollees with a wider coverage of the undergraduate subject background.Therefore,the selection of students should follow its original intention for students’ quality.This article uses the application materials of the analyzed case in the past three years for analysis,based on the questionnaire survey data of applicants and the interviews with the subject tutor,Thus the appeal of interdisciplinary graduate student selection from the two-way perspective of both students and tutors is parsed.At the same time,through quantitative analysis,the impact of different application materials on screening quality of the initial review process is tested,and the initial review methods that are conducive to the selection of high-quality students are proposed.
