摘　　要：文章对现行工业园区企业管理模式及现行大数据工业企业的管理特点及存在问题进行分析,提出大数据对企业园区管理决策的影响,提出相关对策,明确目标管控系数,建立数据要求,注重数据流动性,最终达到经济效益和社会效益的双赢。This paper analyzes the current management mode of industrial park enterprises and the management characteristics and existing problems of current big data industrial enterprises, puts forward the influence of big data on the management decision of enterprise park, puts forward relevant countermeasures, defines the target control coefficient, establishes data requirements, pays attention to data mobility, and finally achieves the win-win situation of economic and social benefits.
