摘 要:目的探讨MRC肌功能矫正器对口呼吸所致错颌畸形患儿口腔功能、SF-36及OHIP-14评分的影响。方法选取2018年11月至2020年6月我院口腔科收治的66例口呼吸所致错颌畸形患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(33例,肌激动器治疗)与观察组(33例,MRC肌功能矫正器治疗)。比较两组的矫正效果。结果观察组的口腔不良习惯改善总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。矫正后,两组的SNA、SNB、FMW及FPMW均明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。矫正后,两组的美观度、咀嚼功能、舒适度、固定性评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。矫正后,两组的PI、GI评分均降低,PD均减小,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。矫正后,两组的SF-36评分均升高,OHIP-14评分均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论MRC肌功能矫正器可显著改善口呼吸所致错颌畸形患儿的口腔不良习惯,矫正上颌前凸、下颌后缩、牙弓狭窄及腭盖高拱等相关症状,提高口腔功能及口腔健康指数,改善牙周情况,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effects of MRC muscle function corrector on oral function,SF-36 and OHIP-14 scores in children with malocclusion caused by oral breathing.Methods A total of 66 children with malocclusion caused by oral breathing treated in the stomatology department of our hospital from November 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into control group(33 cases,treated with muscle agonist)and observation group(33 cases,treated with MRC muscle function corrector).The correction effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of improving bad oral habits in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After correction,SNA,SNB,FMW and FPMW in the two groups significantly improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After correction,the aesthetic degree,masticatory function,comfort and fixation scores in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After correction,the PI and GI scores and PD in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After correction,the SF-36 score increased and OHIP-14 score decreased in the two groups,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MRC muscle function corrector can significantly improve the oral bad habits of children with malocclusion caused by oral breathing,correct the related symptoms such as maxillary lordosis,mandibular retraction,dental arch stenosis and palatal arch,improve the oral function and oral health index,and ameliorate the periodontal condition,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
