摘 要:随着我国经济的发展,人们健康水平进一步提升,然而全球化背景下公共卫生安全等非传统安全问题却凸显出来,成为新的安全威胁。这无疑对公共卫生从业者提出了更高的要求。目前,我国公共卫生人才培养还存在能力和结构方面的短板,因此导致社会岗位胜任力不足。而这一问题的根本在于课程设置和教学方法不符合时代快速发展的要求,在教学方法上相比发达国家亦存在一定的差距。文章通过分析我国公共卫生教育发展及其相关的教学实践,旨在说明公共卫生教学改革应注重与时俱进,不断探索新的教学方法、充分利用资源、开展合作,突出公共卫生教育的实践性和社会性,提升教学质量,为我国培养大量从事公共卫生事业的合格高素质人才。With China's economic and social development,we are witnessing further improvement of people's health awareness.At the same time,non-traditional security threats such as public health in the context of globalization become acute and arouse people’s concerns.As a result,eager requirements are put forward for professionals engaged in public health.At present,the ability of public health personnel and the related education and training in China still fail to meet the needs of social posts.The key to the problem is that the curriculum and teaching methods do not match the rapid development of the times,and we still lag behind in experience and teaching methods compared with developed countries.Here,we analyzed the development of China's public health education and the related teaching practices,showing that public health should pay attention to teaching reform so as to keep pace with the times.We argue that,through constant exploration of new teaching methods,full mobilization of resources and cooperation,and enhancement of both practices and quality of public health education,the ultimate goal should be to improve the quality of teaching with the purpose of cultivating a large number of professionals on public health in China.
