摘 要:金属罐由于其优良特性广泛应用于食品、化工和医药等行业。根据专利申请分布,可以看出日本、美国和中国在制罐技术领域具有代表性地位。将金属罐按制造方法分为两片罐与三片罐,再将金属罐按形状分为圆罐与异形罐。为总结金属罐所用材料的性能特点,介绍了马口铁、无锡钢板及覆膜铁3种金属材料,分别概括它们在国内外制罐领域的发展状况。根据金属罐结构类型的不同,分析三片罐及二片罐不同的制罐工艺特点及工艺流程。其中,在三片罐方面,主要介绍3种不同的搭接罐身纵缝的方法;在两片罐方面,介绍3种不同的加工工艺。最后,根据制造工艺将金属罐生产线制造设备分为主要成型设备及其他辅助设备两种,并对主要成型设备进行了介绍,总结并展望了制罐领域机械设备的发展趋势,提出制罐机械设备研究水平需进一步向高效化、智能化、集成化等方向发展。Metal cans are widely used in food,chemical and pharmaceutical industries due to their excellent characteristics.According to the distribution of patent applications,it can be seen that Japan,the United States and China have the representative status in the field of can making technology.Firstly,metal cans were divided into two pieces and three pieces according to the manufacturing methods.Similarly,metal cans were divided into round cans and special-shaped cans according to their shapes.In order to summarize the performance characteristics of the materials used for metal cans,three kinds of metal materials of tinplate,tin-free steel and laminated steel were introduced,their development in the field of can-making at inland and abroad was summarized respectively.According to the different structure types of metal cans,the characteristics and process flow of three-piece cans and two-piece cans were analyzed.Mainly introduced three different methods of lapping the longitudinal seam of the three-piece cans′body,and for the two-piece cans three different processing techniques were introduced.Furthermore,according to the manufacturing process,the equipment of metal cans production line was divided into two types,which was the main molding equipment and other auxiliary equipment,and mainly introduced the main forming equipment.In the end,a sum-up and prospect of the development trend of mechanical equipment in can making field were given,and proposed that can mechanical equipment research level should be further development in the direction of highly effective,intelligence and integration.
