摘  要:针对汽车差速器齿轮热锻二次成形中出现的齿顶面折叠缺陷,利用UG和Deform-3D软件进行了有限元三维建模和仿真模拟,发现了缺陷产生的原因。在此基础上,首先,通过调整毛坯尺寸获得了较为理想的成形效果。然后,研究了摩擦因数对成形质量的影响,确定摩擦因数为0.3时会再次出现折叠缺陷。再以毛坯温度和锻压速度为变量,研究了两者对成形质量的影响,得到最大成形载荷随着毛坯温度和锻压速度的增加而减小,并且当金属变形抗力低于一定程度时会再次出现缺陷。最后,确定了最佳的工艺参数,并通过真实生产得到了无缺陷的产品,验证了最佳工艺参数的正确性,提高了生产效率。For the folding defect of tooth top surface in the hot forging secondary forming of automobile differential gear,the finite element three-dimensional modeling and simulation were carried out by software UG and Deform-3D,and the cause of the defect was found.On this basis,by adjusting the blank size,an ideal forming effect was obtained.Then the influence of friction factor on the forming quality was investigated,and it was concluded that the defect appeared again when the friction factor was 0.3.Furthermore,taking the blank temperature and forging speed as variables,the influences of the two on the forming quality were investigated,it was obtained that the maximum forming load decreased with the increase of blank temperature and forging speed,and the defects appeared again when the metal deformation resistance was lower than a certain degree.Finally,the optimal process parameters were determined.At last,through the real production,the products without defects were obtained,which verified the correctness of the optimized process parameters and improved the production efficiency.
