摘  要:针对金属棒料精密下料问题,提出一种基于疲劳断裂的新型低应力致裂下料方法。基于旋转弯曲疲劳下料与弯曲折断下料的原理,研制相应的精密下料试验平台,并利用人为预制环状缺口的应力集中效应,通过可编程逻辑控制技术调节金属棒料的旋转速度与液压缸的输出压力,实现了金属棒料的精密下料。利用不同的工艺参数以及载荷控制曲线对304不锈钢棒料进行下料试验,获得理想的坯料断面。试验结果表明,在下降压力控制载荷曲线与旋转速度为30 r·min^(-1)的工艺参数下,304不锈钢坯料断面的凸起高度为0.765 mm、凹陷深度为0.209 mm,所获得的坯料断面能够在锻造行业中直接应用。For the problem of precise blanking for metal bar,a new low stress cracking blanking method based on fatigue fracture was proposed,and based on the principles of rotary bending fatigue blanking and bending and breaking blanking,the corresponding precision blanking test platform was developed.Then,using the stress concentration effect of artificial prefabricated annular notch,the rotary speed of metal bar and the output pressure of hydraulic cylinder were adjusted by programmable logic control technology,and the precision blanking of metal bar was achieved.Furthermore,the blanking test of 304 stainless steel bar was carried out by different process parameters and load control curves,and the ideal blank section was obtained.The test results show that under the process parameters of descending pressure control load curve and rotary speed of 30 r·min^(-1),the raised height and the recessed depth of blank section for 304 stainless steel are 0.765 and 0.209 mm respectively,and the obtained blank section can be directly applied in forging industry.
