摘 要:永磁电机因其固有结构特点,不可避免地会产生齿槽转矩,从而引起振动与噪声,国内外学者提出多种优化和改进措施。结合近年来国内外的研究成果,从结构优化方面对齿槽转矩的抑制方法分类归纳,系统阐述了齿槽转矩的影响因素,分析了种类方法的优缺点。对非线性多目标多结构参数优化设计方法进行分析与展望,总结其中的先进经验为永磁电机设计提供参考。Because of the inherent structure characteristics of permanent magnet motor,it will inevitably produce gear torque,which will cause vibration and noise.Scholars at home and abroad put forward a variety of optimization and improvement measures.Combined with the research results at home and abroad in recent years,the methods of restraining the cogging torque are classified and summarized from the aspect of structure optimization,the influencing factors of the cogging torque are elaborated systematically,and the advantages and disadvantages of the different methods are analyzed.The nonlinear multi-objective multi-structure parameter optimization design method is analyzed and prospected,and the advanced experience is summarized to provide reference for the design of permanent magnet motor.
