摘 要:针对柴油机调速器调速弹簧非线性程度高的特点,将弹簧结构进行离散化处理,再推导弹簧位移与所受载荷之间的函数关系,并结合MATLAB软件来分析调速弹簧特性,为调速弹簧的设计与制造提供可靠的理论依据。以某型调速弹簧为例,进行有限元仿真和制造,并与理论计算相对比。结果表明,理论和仿真的最大相对误差为7.32%,平均相对误差为6.29%,与实际弹簧的最大相对误差为8.6%,平均相对误差为4%,三者的特性曲线走势高度相似、误差较小,验证了理论计算方法的有效性和可行性。In view of the high nonlinearity of the governing spring of the diesel engine governor,the spring structure is discretized,and then the functional relationship between spring displacement and load is deduced Combined with MATLAB software,the characteristics of speed regulating spring are analyzed,so as to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of speed regulating spring.Taking a speed regulating spring as an example,the finite element simulation and manufacturing are carried out,and compared with the theoretical calculation.The results show that the maximum relative error of theory and simulation is 7.32%,the average relative error is 6.29%,the maximum relative error of actual spring is 8.6%,and the average relative error is 4%.The trend of characteristic curves of the three are highly similar and the error is small.The effectiveness and feasibility of this method are verified.
