二代涉入对制造业家族企业数字化转型的影响研究

摘　　要：制造业家族企业的数字化转型与浙商二代的传承正在同步进行。以浙江省2016—2019年主板上市的制造业家族企业为样本,探究二代涉入对数字化转型的影响,以及企业规模和企业经营风险承担水平的调节效应。研究结果表明,二代涉入对数字化转型呈显著负向影响;企业规模在二代涉入与数字化转型之间起正向调节作用;企业经营风险承担水平在二代涉入与数字化转型之间起正向调节作用。The digital transformation of the manufacturing family business and the inheritance of the second generation of Zhejiang businessmen are going on simultaneously.Taking family manufacturing enterprises listed on the main board in Zhejiang Province from 2016 to 2019 as samples,this study explores the impact of second-generation involvement on digital transformation,as well as the moderating effect of firm size and business risk taking level.The results show that the second generation involvement has a significant negative impact on the digital transformation;Firm size plays a positive moderating role between second generation involvement and digital transformation.The level of business risk taking has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between the second generation involvement and digital transformation.
