通腑活血汤治疗结肠癌术后急性炎症性肠梗阻临床观察  

Clinical Observation on Tongfu Huoxue Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Inflammatory Intestinal Obstruction after Colon Cancer Operation

摘　　要：目的探究急性炎症性肠梗阻(EPIIO)患者采用通腑活血汤治疗对胃肠功能及炎性反应的影响。方法选择2018年10月—2020年6月太原市中心医院收治的86例结肠癌术后急性EPIIO患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组各43例。对照组给予常规治疗,于上述治疗基础上,研究组联合通腑活血汤治疗。比较2组临床疗效、症状改善情况、治疗前后胃肠功能及炎性反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组的74.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组各症状缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后胃动素(MLT)水平高于对照组,白介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用通腑活血汤治疗结肠癌术后急性EPIIO,能够改善患者临床症状,促进胃肠功能恢复,减轻炎性反应,缩短病程,疗效确切。Objective To explore the effect of Tongfu Huoxue decoction on gastrointestinal function and inflammatory reaction in patients with acute inflammatory intestinal obstruction(EPIIO).Methods From October 2018 to June 2020,86 patients with acute EPIIO after colon cancer surgery in Taiyuan Central Hospital were selected and divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group,by random number table.The control group was given conventional treatment.On the basis of the above treatment,the study group was combined with Tongfu Huoxue decoction.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,gastrointestinal function and inflammatory reaction before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.02%,which was higher than74.42%in the control group,and there had was statistically difference(P<0.05).The relief time of each symptom in the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and there had was statistically difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of motilin(MLT)in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were lower than those in the control group,and there had was statistically difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Tongfu Huoxue decoction to treat acute EPIIO after colon cancer surgery can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce inflammatory reactions,shorten the course of disease,and have a definite effect.
