摘　　要：文中在分析后疫情时代土建施工现场人的不安全行为基础上,通过问卷调查获取一线数据,对问卷数据进行信度、效度、主因子及权重的计算,对影响因素进行重要性排序;针对主要影响因素,对后疫情时代土建施工现场存在的人的不安全行为提出相应的防疫措施及安全管理对策。Based on the analysis of human unsafe behavior in the civil construction site in the post epidemic era, this paper obtains the firstline data through the questionnaire survey. Then the reliability, validity, main factors and weight of the questionnaire data are calculated to get the importance ranking of the influencing factors;According to the main influencing factors, this paper puts forward corresponding epidemic prevention measures and safety management countermeasures for human unsafe behaviors in civil construction site in the post epidemic era.
