摘　　要：目的了解南通市农批市场进口冷冻冷藏食品及其重点环境2019新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)污染状况。方法随机采集全市农批市场进口冷冻冷藏食品、重点环境物体表面样本及从业人员咽拭子、肛拭子和血液样本,分别进行2019新型冠状病毒核酸检测和病毒特异性血清抗体IgM、IgG检测。结果共采集南通地区进口冷藏冷冻食品1 685份、重点环境样本2 432份、重点从业人员咽拭子和肛拭子样本1 539份,所有样本2019新型冠状病毒核酸均为阴性。采集重点从业人员血液共299份,病毒特异性血清抗体IgM、IgG均为阴性。结论南通地区销售的进口冷藏冷冻食品、重点环境暂时未被2019新型冠状病毒污染,但仍需继续监测,进一步落实新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)防控措施。Objective To understand the contaminations of SARS-CoV-2 of imported frozen food and corresponding key environments in Nantong Farmers’ Wholesale Market.Methods The samples of imported frozen food, surface samples of key environmental objects and throat swabs, anal swabs and blood samples from employees were collected randomly, SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid testing as well as specific serum antibody IgM and IgG testing were implemented.Results A total of 1 685 samples of imported frozen food in Nantong, 2 432 samples from key environment, and 1 539 samples of anal swabs and throat swabs from key practitioners were collected, all samples were confirmed to be negative for SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid testing.A total of 299 blood samples were collected from key employees, and virus specific serum antibodies IgM and IgG were negative.Conclusion The imported frozen food and key environment sold in the Nantong have not been contaminated with SARS-CoV-2 temporarily, and it remains being necessary to further implements surveillance and control of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).
