摘  要:为研究线性压缩机吸气阀射流形态,分析了吸气阀的结构特征及工作原理,计算了吸气阀入口流速,确定了吸气阀的射流形式,并基于RNG k-ε模型构建线性压缩机阀片的紊动射流模型,并采用Fluent对线性压缩机吸气阀射流过程进行模拟仿真,分析不同入口流速状态下吸气阀流场特性。仿真结果表明:射流冲击阀片后,射流与壁面分离,在活塞腔的中心位置出现对称旋涡,随着入口速度的增加,整个流场内的流速都在增大,旋涡不稳定性的影响比重逐渐增强。In this article,in order to study the jet shape of the linear compressor’s suction valve,the analysis is conducted on its structure and working principle.The inlet velocity of the suction valve is calculated,the jet form is worked out.Based on the RNG k-ε model,the turbulent jet model of the linear compressor’s valve plate is constructed;the jet process of the linear compressor’s suction valve is simulated by means of Fluent;the flow-field characteristics of the suction valve at different inlet flow rates are explored.The simulation results show that the jet is separated from the wall after it impinges on the valve plate,and the symmetrical vortex appears in the center of the piston cavity.With the ever-increasing inlet velocity,the flow rate in the whole flow field increases,and influence of vortex instability increases gradually.
