从应然之性到实然之举:劳动教育与大学新生教育融合探析

摘　　要：人的全面发展召唤着劳动教育与大学新生教育的融合。此义之下,劳动教育与大学新生教育融合的应然之性正在于两者的互补提高:一方面能够补齐高校劳动教育的短板,另一方面能提高大学新生教育的实效性。实现大学新生教育与劳动教育的有机融合应从三个层次出发,即以加强顶层设计建构宏观路径、以加深时代印记建构中观路径、以丰富开展样式建构微观路径。The all-round development of human beings calls for the integration of labor education and college freshmen education.Based on this,the necessary value of the integration of labor education and college freshmen education lies in the complementary improvement of the two.On the one hand,it can help make up the shortcomings of college labor education,on the other hand,it can improve the effectiveness of college freshmen education.To realize the organic integration of college freshmen education and labor education should start from three levels,that is,to construct the macro path by strengthening the top-level design,to construct the medium path by deepening the era mark,and to construct the micro path by enriching the development pattern.
