摘　　要：结肠黑变病是非炎症性良性可逆性肠病,以便秘、腹痛等为主要表现,病因复杂多样,病性虚实夹杂,缠绵难愈,发病率呈逐年上升态势。刘启泉教授认为结肠黑变病病位在大肠,与脾胃、肝、肺、肾密切相关,根本病机为“不通则滞”。基于“通可去滞”中医理论,刘教授提出以通降为治疗大法,并随其所在脏腑分别予以和土消滞、疏木通滞、肃金理滞、平水行滞等治法,注重升清降浊、行津运气、肃上温下、平阴秘阳等以恢复大肠传导之职,临床疗效显著。Melanosis coli is a bowel disease with non-inflammatory,benign,and reversible,and characterized by constipation and abdominal pain,the etiology is complex and varied,disease nature is deficiency and excess complex,lingering difficult to heal,and incidence is increasing year by year.Professor Liu Qiquan believes that melanosis coli is located in the large intestine,closely related to spleen,stomach,liver,lung,and kidney,and the fundamental pathogenesis is“obstructing and generating stagnation”.Based on the traditional Chinese medical theory of“unblocking and removing stagnation”,Professor Liu Qiquan proposes that unblocking and descending as the main method of treatment,and according to the viscus,the treatment methods such as harmonizing soil and removing stagnation,dredging wood and promoting stagnation,descending gold and regulating stagnation,and pacifying water and moving stagnation are used,and focuses on upbearing lifting and downbearing turbidity,transporting fluids and qi,descending upper and warming lower,pacifying yin and yang,etc,in order to restore the conduction of large intestine,and the clinical curative effect is significant.
