摘　　要：干熄炉“牛腿”部位耐火砖的使用寿命是制约干熄炉长寿化的关键点。本文介绍了干熄焦生产操作对碳化硅系列耐火砖的影响,并且通过优化生产操作工艺管控、优化耐火砖材质来延长碳化硅系列耐火砖的使用寿命,为干熄炉长寿化提供条件。The condition of refractory bricks at brackets of CDQ chamber plays a key role in determining the service life of the CDQ chamber.This paper introduces the influence of CDQ operation on SiC bricks and gives solutions to extend the service life of the SiC bricks by optimizing production process and optimizing the refractory compositions,which creates prerequisite for long service life of the CDQ chamber.
