摘 要:为治理寒区机场跑道入口等待区复合道面轮辙病害,提出了复合道面原位加铺刚性层的处置方法。依据弹性地基梁理论制作了两种8组试块并对其分组进行了常温、高温、低温环境以及冻融循环作用后的力学试验,记录了试块破坏过程的实效模态和应变时程曲线,利用应力变化率法研究了试块的力学性能和破坏特征,对比于传统复合道面结构,分析了夹心型道面结构的优缺点。结果表明:常温环境下两种道面结构承载力接近;在高温和冻融循环作用下,夹心型道面结构上下部刚性层对中部沥青层具有保护作用,结构整体表现出较好延性;低温条件下两种道面结构中的沥青层抗裂性能变差,试块易发生整体脆性破坏;通过试件应力变化率分析可知,夹心型道面结构的承载力和延性在不同温度状况及冻融循环作用下较传统复合道面结构有所改善。特别地,相较于传统型道面结构,夹心型道面结构沥青混合料不易脱落到道面表面形成外来物(foreign object debris,FOD),符合机场严格的FOD管理标准,表明该新型复合道面结构具有一定工程适用性。In order to renovate the rutting diseases of the compound pavement in the waiting areas of airport runway entrance,a treatment method of adding rigid layers on the composited pavement in-situ was proposed.According to the theory of elastic foundation beams,8 sets of test specimens were made and subjected to mechanical tests under the condition of normal temperature,high temperature,low temperature and freeze-thaw cycles.The effective characteristics and strain time history curves of the failure process about the test specimens were recorded.The method of stress variations ratio was used to study the mechanical properties and failure characteristics of the test specimens.Compared with the traditional composite pavement structure,the advantages and disadvantages of the in-situ rigid layer on the composite pavement were analyzed.The results show that the bearing capacity of the two pavement structures is similar under normal temperature condition.Under high temperature condition and freeze-thaw cycle condition,the upper and lower rigid layers of the sandwich pavement structure have a protective effect on the middle asphalt layer,and the overall structure exhibits good ductility.Under the low temperature condition,the asphalt crack resistance of the two pavements is poor,and brittle failure occurs as a whole.According to the ratio of stress variation method,it can be seen that the bearing capacity and ductility of the sandwich pavement structure are improved compared with the traditional composite pavement structure under different temperature conditions.Particularly,compared with the traditional pavement structure,the asphalt mixture of sandwich pavement is not easy to fall off to the pavement surface to form foreign object debris(FOD),which satisfies the airport's strict FOD management standards,indicating that the new type of composite pavement structure has certain engineering applicability.
