摘  要:铁路拱桥的检查维修一般采用悬挂式拱桥检查车。为约束悬挂式拱桥检查车的摆动,提出了一种黏滞阻尼器。介绍了拱桥检查车用黏滞阻尼器的工作原理、布局设计、结构选型设计和动态计算分析,并通过了试验验证,结果表明黏滞阻尼器结构可靠,约束检查车摆动效果良好,满足悬挂式拱桥检查车的使用要求。The inspection and maintenance of railway arch bridges generally adopts suspended arch bridge inspection vehicles.In order to restrain the swing of the suspended arch bridge inspection vehicle,a viscous damper was proposed. This article introduces the working principle,layout design,structure selection design and dynamic calculation analysis of the viscous damper for the arch bridge inspection vehicle,and has passed the test verification. The results show that the structure of viscous damper is reliable,the swing effect of the restraint inspection vehicle is good,and it meets the requirements of the suspended arch bridge inspection vehicle.
