摘　　要：脑卒中是中国成人致死、致残的主要病因,吞咽障碍作为脑卒中后常见功能障碍,可引起多种并发症。经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)是一种无创脑刺激治疗方法,已用于脑卒中后吞咽障碍的治疗。本研究在概述脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的基础上,介绍了tDCS治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的作用机制,分析了tDCS在脑卒中后吞咽障碍的应用时机、部位选择、参数设置等,指出tDCS治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的有关研究存在矛盾的结果,希望未来有更高质量的研究致力于此,以期为tDCS治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍提供借鉴和帮助。Stroke has become the main cause for death and disability of adults in China.Dysphagia,a common dysfunction after stroke,can cause different complications.Transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)is a non-invasive treatment for dysphagia.On the basis of outlining deglutition disorders after cerebral stroke,the study introduced the tDCS’s mechanism in treating deglutition disorders after cerebral stroke,analyzed tDCS’s application timing,part selection,parameter settings(and so on)on deglutition disorders after cerebral stroke,and pointed out the existing contradiction result of tDCS treatment for deglutition disorders after cerebral stroke,in order to expect corresponding research with a higher quality in the future,thus providing reference and help for tDCS treatment of deglutition disorders after cerebral stroke.
