摘　　要：五行学说是中医的特色理论,各代医家认为,五脏各属五行,五脏各司其职、生化相互制约,达到阴阳平衡、气血充沛调达,机体处于一种动态平衡当中,方可保持健康。一脏的盛衰能够打破机体的动态平衡,导致不同证候的出现,进而引起各种疾病,五行之间存在生克乘侮的关系。严晓华教授多年来以渊博的学识及创新的学术思维,以中医五行学说理论为基础,总结与凝练了肾病的病机关键是“虚”“瘀”“浊”“毒”“水”5大环节,同时提出“金水相生”“培土治水”“壮水涵木”等五行生克为理论指导治疗,根据中医病机病因进行辨证施治。The theory of five phases is a characteristic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Different generations of physicians believe that the five internal organs belong to five phases,and the five internal organs perform their duties and restriction and generation each other to achieve the balance of yin and yang,and the body is in a dynamic balance to stay healthy.The ups and downs of the internal organs can break the body's dynamic balance,lead to the appearance of different syndromes,and then cause various diseases.There is a relationship between the five phases.Professor Yan Xiaohua,my teacher,has used profound knowledge and innovative academic thinking for many years,based on the theory of the five phases of traditional Chinese medicine,and summarized and condensed the key to the pathogenesis of kidney disease is“deficiency”,“stasis”,“turbidity”,“toxin”.The five major links of“water”,at the same time,put forward five phases such as“mutual generation of gold and water”,“cultivation of soil and water”,“strengthening water and nourishing wood”as theoretical guidance and treatment,and syndrome differentiation treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis.
