摘　　要：中国共产党农民教育赋能乡村治理的过程经历了在新民主主义革命斗争中赋能“政权下乡”乡村运动目标的实现、在社会主义革命和建设中赋能“政社合一”乡村社会治理格局的生发、在改革开放和社会主义现代化建设中赋能“乡政村治”治理愿景勾勒、在中国特色社会主义新时代赋能“三治融合”乡村治理体系构建四大发展阶段。这一赋能过程的内在逻辑理路整体上可以看作是一个由赋能乡村治理目标体系化、赋能乡村治理主体专业化、赋能乡村治理范式科学化、赋能乡村治理对象现代化构成的完整架构体系,旨在促进农民全面发展、农业全面升级和农村全面进步。The evolution of the idea of empowering rural governance by farmer’s education put forward by the Communist Party of China(CPC)has undergone four stages. The first stage is the realization of countryside movement goals of “regime going to the countryside” in the struggle of the new-democratic revolution. The second stage is the breed of rural social management pattern of “government-commune integration” in socialistic revolution and construction. The third stage is drawing the outline of governance vision of “township-government and villager self-governance” in the Reform and Opening-up and socialist modernization. And the fourth stage is the rural governance systems of “three integrated rules of governance” in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The internal logic rationality of this empowerment progress can be regarded as a complete framework system which consists of forming a system in the goal of rural governance, the specialization of rural governance subjects, the scientific paradigm of rural governance, and the modernization of rural governance objects. It aims to promote all-around development of farmers, and to comprehensively upgrade agriculture and rural prosperity.
