摘 要:采用校正的有限元法(FEM)对一字型、十字型和十字带侧翼缘型剪力连接件(CB-type)的抗剪承载力和破坏模式进行了分析。基于对比上述三种剪力连接件的极限承载力、应力和混凝土损伤得到十字带侧翼缘型剪力连接件的力学性能最优,建议将其优先用于弯剪分离的装配式混凝土梁-耗能段组合节点中。进一步对十字带侧翼缘型剪力连接件力学性能的影响因素进行了研究,结果表明:各模型的混凝土损伤区域和损伤深度均较小,具有承载能力高、变形小、预定荷载作用下混凝土损伤极小的优点;增大混凝土强度可有效提高十字带侧翼缘型剪力连接件的承载力,并且在预定荷载下,可有效降低混凝土损伤值;十字带侧翼缘型剪力连接件长度和两侧翼缘板高度对十字带侧翼缘型剪力连接件的混凝土损伤无明显影响。The shear bearing capacity and failure mode of linear-type shear connector, cross-type shear connector and cross-bilinear-type(CB-type) shear connector were detail analyzed by using verified finite element method(FEM). Based on the comparison of the ultimate bearing capacity, stress and concrete damage of the above three types of shear connector, it is concluded that the mechanical properties of CB-type shear connector is the best, and it is recommended that it should be preferentially used in the prefabricated reinforced concrete beam-energy-dissipation composite joint with bending-shear separation. The influencing factors of the mechanical properties of CB-type shear connector were further researched, and the results indicate that the damage zone and damage depth of concrete for all designed models are both small, which have the advantage of high bearing capacity, little deformation and little concrete damage at predefined load. In addition, the bearing capacity of CB-type shear connector will be effectively improved by increasing the concrete strength, while reduce the concrete damage degree at predefined load. The shear connector length and end vertical flange height have no obvious impact on the concrete damage of CB-type shear connector.
