摘　　要：目的了解武安市2019年高中学生结核菌素纯蛋白衍生物(pure protein derivative,PPD)试验结果和发病情况,为高中寄宿制学校结核病防控工作提供科学依据。方法收集武安市2019年9月4所高中高一、高二、高三学生共计17446名的PPD试验结果,并采用描述性统计分析方法进行分析。结果学生PPD试验弱阳+中阳阳性率14.62%(2551/17446),强阳性率4.83%(843/17446)。其中女生PPD试验弱阳+中阳阳性率15.24%(1280/8400),强阳性率5.13%(431/8400);男生PPD试验弱阳+中阳阳性率14.05%(1271/9046),强阳性率4.55%(412/9046)。高一学生弱阳+中阳阳性率10.73%,强阳性率3.81%;高二学生弱阳+中阳阳性率16.47%,强阳性率4.09%;高三学生弱阳+中阳阳性率19.36%,强阳性率7.91%,高三学生受结核菌感染阳性率明显高于高二和高一新生。2019年高一年级检出肺结核患者1例,患病率0.13‰(1/7603);高二年级检出肺结核患者3例,患病率0.51‰(3/5897);高三年级检出肺结核患者7例,患病率1.77‰(7/3946)。乡镇校区学生弱阳+中阳阳性率11.32%(756/6678),强阳性率2.98%(199/6678);市内学生弱阳+中阳阳性率16.67%(1795/10768),强阳性率5.98%(644/10768)。截至2019年12月,高一、高二年级无新发结核病患者,高三年级2019年11月后有1例确诊为继发性肺结核。结论对高中学生进行PPD试验筛查有助于及时发现结核病患者,不仅仅针对新生体检,高二、高三年级后期筛查观察发病率,对寄宿制学校内控制结核病传播有重要意义。Objective To understand the results of pure protein derivative(PPD)test and incidence of tuberculosis among high school students from Wu’an 2019,and to provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in boarding schools.Methods PPD test results were collected from a toal of 17446 students from senior one,senior two and senior three in four high schools in Wu’an in September 2019,and the descriptive statistics method was used to analyze.Results The positive rate of weak positive and medium positive results of PPD test on students was 14.62%(2551/17446),and the positive rate of strong positive results of PPD test was 4.83%(843/17446).The positive rate of weak positive and medium positive results of PPD test on female students was 15.24%(1280/8400),that of strong positive results of PPD test was 5.13%(431/8400),the positive rate of weak positive and medium positive results of PPD test on male student was 14.05%(1271/9046),that of strong positive results of PPD test was 4.55%(412/9046).The positive rate of weak positive and medium positive results of PPD test on students in senior one,senior two and senior three of high schools was 10.73%,16.47%,and 19.36%respectively,that of strong positive results of PPD test was 3.81%,4.09%,and 7.91%respectively;positive rate of tuberculosis infection in senior three of high schools was significantly higher than that in senior one and senior two of high schools.One case of pulmonary tuberculosis was detected among the students in senior one of the senior high school,in 2019,and the prevalence rate was 0.13‰(1/7603).Three cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were detected in senior two of the senior high school,and the prevalence rate was 0.51‰(3/5897);seven cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were detected in senior three of the senior high school,the prevalence rate was 1.77‰(7/3946),the positive rate of weak+medium positive results was 11.32%(756/6678),and the positive rate of strong positive result was 2.98%(199/6678).The positive rate of weak positive+me
