摘　　要：“十四五”规划中提出“大力发展绿色金融”,绿色金融将作为实现“双碳”目标的主要抓手。目前碳金融市场发展虽然已取得一些进展,但仍存在诸多问题。绿色发展既需要碳金融的支持,又反过来助推碳金融的发展。通过分析国内外碳金融碳交易的现状及问题,并有针对性地提出促进碳金融市场发展的措施建议,为“十四五”“双碳”工作提供思路和途径。In“the 14th Five Year Plan”,it is proposed to"vigorously develop green finance",which will be the main starting point to achieve the goal of"carbon peak and carbon neutrality".At present,although some progress has been made in the development of international carbon finance market,there are still many problems.Green development not only needs the support of carbon finance,but also promotes the development of carbon finance.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of carbon finance and carbon trading at home and abroad,and puts forward measures and suggestions to promote the development of carbon finance market,so as to pro-vide ideas and ways for China's“Double Carbon”work in“the 14th Five Year Plan”.
